To help orphans and refugees from Sudan and other Eastern African countries relocating to the United States by providing food, shelter, counseling, acclimation services, interpreting and general assistance in transition to life in the United States and providing assistance in maintaining cultural heritage, traditions and language.
The organization is organized exlusively for charitable, literary, scientific, religious and educational purposes provided for under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit, incidental or otherwise.
